Refund policy

At Fengsui Shop your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. Please read our policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Return & Exchange Period

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

Seller Responsibility

We will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label if:

We sent the wrong item (e.g., wrong product, size, or color).

The product arrived damaged or has quality defects.

The product is significantly different from the images/description on our website.

Buyer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if:

The product has no quality issues, but you changed your mind or no longer want it.

Note: For exchanges due to customer error, the customer pays for the return of the original item, and we will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To save time and ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

Contact Us First: Reach out via email at fengsuidsx@gmail.com or through our Shopify Inbox. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Provide Proof: To speed up the process, please attach the following photos to your message:

Photos of the product received.

Photos of the product packaging.

Photos of the outer shipping label/box.

Approval: Once we confirm the product is in a condition that allows for resale, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

4. Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved or rejected (based on whether the item is in its original condition).

Refund Process: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Processing Time: Refunds typically take 2 to 3 business days to process at our end. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The customized products cannot be accepted for return.
