1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50 (excluding shipping fees). For orders under $50, a flat rate of $10 will be charged for standard shipping.

We provide both Standard and Express shipping options. Please note that the delivery times listed below are estimated and do not include the 2-3 days of order processing time.

Malaysia

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): FREE for orders over $50 / $10 for orders under $50.

Express Shipping (3-4 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight/region.

Singapore

Standard Shipping (4-5 business days): FREE for orders over $50 / $10 for orders under $50.

Express Shipping (2-4 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight/region.

United States (North America)

Standard Shipping (4-5 business days): FREE for orders over $50 / $10 for orders under $50.

Express Shipping (3-4 business days): Calculated at checkout based on weight/region.

Other International Destinations

Standard Shipping (7-9 business days): Shipping fees and options will be displayed at checkout.

3. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window for your region, please contact us at [Your Support Email] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations on delivering to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls into this category, we will contact you to provide an alternative shipping address to ensure successful delivery.

5. Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FengSuiShop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
